Abstract
The article provides a comparative analysis of the legal concepts and indications of property rights in civil law in Germany and Russia. The research allowed to determine how the experience of Germany in the studied area can be perceived by Russia. The author analyzed the features of reforming concept and features of property rights of Russia in Concept of development of civil legislation Russian Federation and developed on the basis of its bill to amend the Civil Code of the Russian Federation № 47538-6.
