THE STATE POLICY IN REGARD TO THE EDUCATION OF POLES REFUGEES IN WESTERN SIBERIA DURING THE FIRST WORLD WAR

Abstract
The article considers the state policy on education for Polish refugees in the West Siberian school district during the first world war. Refugees were granted the right to study in schools ofWestern Siberia. Students refugees assisted schools and charities in the purchase of books, manuals, service, payment of fees for teaching. The Ministry of national education were allowed to open private primary schools for the training of poles. Adult refugees were organized courses of ratification. In connection with the events inUkraine and the reception of refugees inRussia this theme is rather actual.
