Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of a new kind of corruption - is the corruption cybercrime, which is determined in bad faith partners in different spheres of life and activity organizational culture network users using electronic technologies. The degree of corruption schemes in cyberspace cannot be exactly determined, therefore, analysis of the prevalence of this type can be defined on the basis corruption victimization of cybercrime.

Представляется, что выделение коррупционной киберпреступности автором указанной статьи является преждевременным. В данной работе, несмотря на некорректно сформулированную цель, так и осталось не проработанным само понятие “коррупционной киберпреступности”. Не определены границы рассматриваемого явления. Не говоря о том, что само понятие “киберпреступность” является на данный момент дискуссионным и признается отнюдь не всеми криминологами.
