ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES IN URBAN AREAS

Abstract
This article analyzes the evolving situation today in regulating public transport services in urban areas . This article indicates the importance of proper regulation and coordination of public transport services , highlighted current problems whose solutions often attempts have already been made , but still did not get the desired result . The article also says the archaic nature of the principal legal sources in the field of public transport services in urban areas, a bill that had not been finalized and other problems of legal regulation , creating the perception of complexity of administrative and legal regulation of the transport system in the Russian Federation.
