Abstract
This article examines the legal provisions, as well as a draft law regulating the time of the conclusion of the loan agreement and suggests legal ways to improve the norms devoted to this contract.

    Представляется, что выражение “займовое соглашение” не приемлемо. Должно быть “соглашение о займе”.
