THE EMERGENCE OF “REVERSE” LAND OWNERSHIP AS A RESULT OF THE MODERN STATE LAND POLICY

Abstract
This article is dedicated to one of the outcomes of land reform that began almost a quarter of a century ago privatization of agricultural land and culminated in the emergence of previously unknown land law concepts of unclaimed land shares, the legal fate of which because of inconsistent government policy culminated in the back again in the public domain.
