THE CONCEPTION OF “BORROWING RATE” IN K. MARX’S “CAPITAL”

Abstract
The essence of the conception of “borrowing rate” in K. Marx’s “Capital” is revealed in the article. In our opinion, the German thinker paid close attention to this matter. K. Marx carried out a detailed analysis of the banking sector activity on the example of the economy of the 19th century England, bringing out the negative aspects of the functioning of this financial institute, revealing the very essence of “the fractional-reserve banking”.
