Abstract
Tht article is dedicated to people who came out of prison and theirs rehabilitation (on materials of Primorsky Kray). Also that annotation dedicated to problems of adaptation of young people emerging from prison and trying to solve this problem by creating special facilities in the Primorsky kray. The value of the article is that it provides the main reason for relapse of crimes committed by young people in our region and the method of solving this problem.
