Abstract
The article considers the legal criteria of rational land tenure; studies the methods of legislative support to the limits of land tenure; determines relations between the limits of land tenure and the legal criteria of rational land tenure; differentiates the rights of use into separate types; infers legislative support to the legal criteria of land tenure.
