QUESTIONS PROCEDURAL INDEPENDENCE OF THE INVESTIGATOR IN THE CRIMINAL PROCESS

Abstract
The article discusses the history, current problems of the procedural independence of the investigator of the Institute in the Russian criminal process, difficult questions of interpretation to claim 6, part 1 and part 3 of Article. 39 Code of Criminal Procedure. The necessity of returning to the prosecutor the right to involve officials of the preliminary investigation, including the investigator responsible for the article. 17.7 of the Administrative Code.
