Abstract
The article deals with the establishing of the home guard in the Vyatka province in 1812-1814 years – so called Territorial Army. In every town and district of the Vyatka province warriors were recruited. Volunteer movement also began in the province. Warriors were given military training on mobilization points. The Vyatka Territorial Army was financed by taxes and donations. The article deals with the trip of the Vyatka Territorial Army the theatre of war in winter-spring 1813 year and its participation in autumn military campaign.
