EUROPEAN POLITICS’ INFLUENCE ON CHANGES IN RUSSIAN LEGISLATION CONCERNING FIGHTING CORRUPTION

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the analysis of the European politics’ influence on changes in Russian legislation concerning fighting corruption. The article provides analysis of economical and political situation to arise changes in the Russian legislation concerning corruption. The author comes to a conclusion on the necessity of cooperation between business and the state power to combat both general and corporate corruption. The article gives a research of particular cases of corporate corruption. Thus, the corporations concisely come to business practice development of application of compliance. Analysis of the final report of Transparency International gives understanding of the place of Russia in corruption matters. The author researches in court decisions, legislation and Rights of the fair conduct. The articles comes to a grounded conclusion on the necessity to increase the level of knowledge of people and corporations in the issues of combatting general and corporate corruption.
