Abstract
In provided article the author characterizes legal entities from the point of view of possibility of participation in land legal relationship. The author defends a position according to which, legal entities can participate in land legal relationship only in case of possession of land right subjectivity: she assumes existence of land right ability and land capacity. The author agrees that special land right subjectivity non-profit organizations both the state and municipal unitary enterprises possess.
