INTERSECTORAL CONCERNS OF MUNICIPAL LAND

Abstract
The article examines the legal status of the land belonging to the municipalities. Particular attention is paid to this issue in terms of the Land Code and the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation . The study author puts forward a proposal to amend certain provisions of the legislation.
