Abstract
On the basis of the review of the European educational practice, first of all within introduction of mechanisms of Bologna Process, the author shows trends characteristic for development of master programs around the world . Also there is the analysis of instruments of overcoming of problems facing magistracies from the point of view of their applicability in the Russian conditions.
