Abstract
This article describes the rich possibilities of the method of the business game in the learning process students to different areas of law: family, inheritance, labor, environmental, administrative. The necessity of a business game free from the strict framework, rigid rules of content and structure is substantiated. The leading role of the teacher should be in the game invisible to students.
