Abstract
This paper considers the problem of classification of dialogue between the state and the state and civil society. In political science, this question remains unexplored and unstudied. Therefore, the author based on the theory of argumentative dialogue D. Walton develops cluster approach to typology in dialogue between the state and civil society.
