ON THE QUESTION OF THE LEGAL REGIME OF THE ACCOUNT IN SOCIAL NETWORKS

Abstract
The paper concludes that the uncertainty of the legal nature of the account as an object of law does not allow to determine the nature and content of the User Agreement on social networks. In this connection requires improvement of civil law.
