Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the socio-economic dynamics of postfordism. Based on L. Boltanski theory of a "new spirit of capitalism" author analyzed the current neoliberal economic structure and features of the modern labour market. Also paid special attention to the peculiarities of the functioning of postfordism in developing countries.
