Abstract
In this paper we consider the legal nature and characteristics of relationship that occurs after the conclusion of the preliminary contract for construction. The analysis leads to the conclusion that the legal relationship is an organizational and non-proprietary content. This Relationship right side are also restrictions on the replacement side.
