Abstract
The paper reveals the main directions of scientific research problems of civil-legal regulation of relations in construction. Shown within the allocated individual topical areas of civil legal problems of institutional, proprietary, contractual and non-contractual relationships. Proposes a methodology of scientific research problems of civil-legal regulation of relations in construction.
