Abstract
Given clause is devoted to the review of interaction of enforcement authorities which is adjusted by norms of administrative rules. According to the lead research it is possible to approve, that in practice rules of interaction of enforcement authorities with other bodies not so are widespread, as rules of granting of the state services. In clause as it is spoken about such phenomenon of administrative reform as the multipurpose centers.
