The government realized the importance of teaching the Law of God in schools for representatives of all faiths, trying after the revolution of 1905-1907 to resolve this issue. The initiatives of the state are not always correlated with the local conditions. The state, in pursuing its policy, took care of the religious and moral education of students of different faiths, with the Church having an influence on students.
