Abstract
This article reveals the nature of the bilateral relations between states belonging to the region of Northeast Asia. Level of cooperation, cooperation in North-East Asia in various areas, the progress of territorial disputes and attempts to construct a security mechanism is also reflected in this article at the present stage.
