IS A LAND LEASE A RIGHT IN REM OR A RIGHT IN PERSONAM?

Abstract
The article deals with the legal qualification of a land lease and its impact on the relationship on the parties to the contract. According to the author, it is impossible to qualify a land lease as a right in rem.
