Abstract
Property in some cases is the material basis of economic activities of commercial organizations and therefore it is of special interest within the framework of study of such an institution as the property right of legal entities.
Civil law, in addition to traditional and important features of commercial organizations, includes the presence of separate property. Being a legal entity, every commercial organization has the right of ownership of items, as predominantly ownership enables commercial organizations to achieve the goals of its activities.
This article reviewed the main features of the property rights of business entities.
