ANALYSIS HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEM OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF THE POPULATION

Abstract
In this article theoretical justification of the public expenditures on social protection of the population, and also history of development of system of social protection is considered. The social and economic category of social protection and its basic elements is defined, the system of its financing is considered.
