Abstract
The question of the admissibility of evidence or evidence inadmissible recognition remains one of the most important in the theory and practice of criminal justice in Russia. European Court of Human Rights, in its judgments repeatedly noted that the admissibility of evidence is a matter for national domestic legislation.
