Abstract
The article deals with the criminal and legal aspects of official malfeasance committed in the customs authorities. In this article are given the dispositions of criminal-legal norms, which establish liability for such offences in this category, as abuse of power, bribery, negligence, forgery, and also analysed the problems concerning the qualification of official malfeasance.
