Abstract
In today's global world active role played by local integration processes. Glocal occupy one of the leading positions in the cross-border cooperation. Which is why in this article will be opened the question of formation of the Euroregion "Donbass", uniting Russian regions (Rostov and Voronezh region) and the Ukrainian regions (Donetsk and Lugansk region).
