Abstract
The article deals with the major factors of the capitalist modernization of the economy of one of the most patriarchal regions ofRussiain the end of XIX – beginning of the XX centuries. Alongside with conservation of traditional ways of economical life here, every branch of local economy got new elements which stimulated bourgeoisie transformation inside them. The author regards as the most efficient factors: beginning of land leasing, construction of Perm-Kotlas railway, foundation of Vyatka-Volga steam navigation, development of industry and bank sphere.
