FACTORS SHAPING THE EU – CHINA RELATIONS

Abstract
The present article describes the permanent factors shaping the EU -China relations. They are clissified by the impact on the EU position, China's position or both. Each factor is analyzed for a tendency it inclines to, namely to cooperation or dissonance.
