THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SECULAR WOMEN’S EDUCATION IN TOBOLSK THE MIDDLE OF THE XIX CENTURY

Abstract
The article shows the influence of the state and the individual on the development of a secular women's education in Tobolsk in the second half of the 50-es of XIX century. The role of Alexander II, of the Ministry of national education, the Governor VA artsimovicha and Director of the Tobolsk gymnasium P.P. Ershov in the organization of female education. The support of the Governor helped Ershov, to begin work on opening women's colleges in the region.
