Abstract
The article touches upon an analysis of large-panel housing situation and includes an analysis of capacity and options of modernization large-panel factories. Industrial house-building is considered as a key element of affordable and comfortable housing market formation in Russia. In connection with this, transition to a flexible process and instrumentation diagram and frame-panel house-building is proposed.

Уважаемый Шамиль! В начале своей статьи вы называете цифру 70,5 млн. кв.м жилья. Однако сразу не понятно, эта цифра имеет отношение к всей России, или только к Татарстану. Мысль выражена не чётко.
