Abstract
The article is devoted participation Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Mordovia in the law-making bodies of state power in the region.
Under federal law in the Russian Federation Prosecutor's Office has been actively involved in the legislative activities of both federal and regional levels.
This article discusses the approval of the State Assembly of the Republic of Mordovia proposals put forward by the prosecution in the region.
