Abstract
The article deals with the manifestation of dialectical development in criminal law. It analyzes the problems of interaction between philosophical and criminal law in determining the development of knowledge and technique right, the ratio of criminal law and universal dialectics. The target of the following analysis becomes searching and identification criminal law with the materialist and idealist dialectics as a universal method of development. On the basis of the study author concludes about the openness and lack of studying the question of the manifestation of dialectical development in criminal law and offers distinction between the concepts of metaphysics and dialectic criminal law.
