Abstract
This article Kondral D.P. and Morozov N.A. "The strategic planning process of political development in the Arctic region of Russia" covers the basics of strategic management in the Arctic zone of Russia. The authors compared the core technology strategy development in Russia and abroad, and provides recommendations on the modernization of the system of territorial governance.
