Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of protecting the rights of citizens who have been harmed pets, and particularly dogs. Based on the analysis of cases from the judicial practice, the author formulates the key issues and makes recommendations for their solution, which, as illustrated by the examples that will be useful to plaintiffs in the application of the relevant requirements in court.
