Abstract
Today, legal practice contains many cases when the decision of the participant (founder) of limited liability company to leave structure of participants of society, leads to a number of legal problems, both for the society, and for the participant wishing to leave it. In this article a number of possible problems at change of structure of participants in limited liability company is considered.
