DEFINITION OF HUMAN SECURITY IN UN OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

Abstract
Emerging of a new system of international relations leads to transformation of security, which places in the centre individuals, not states. The threats of a new character also promote elaborating of new concepts. As a result, human security appears.UN influenced this concept significantly.
