Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the analysis of the interaction between the state and corporations in preindustrial society. The present research of geografically different societies (Russia & Vietnam) and societies at distinct time zones (medieval era and today's world) gives a conclusion of the similar means of minimum interaction in such societies. The author deduces that the evolution of the society changes the model of interaction between the state and corporations.
