Abstract
The relevance of this topic is that the current system of legal regulation of relations of compensation for harm caused by a source of increased danger, there is no exhaustive list of activities which may be considered a source of danger. In this regard, the question arises: is it possible to refer to such animal sources, such as a dog? Andwhydoesitdepend?
