LEGAL REGULATION OF PREVENTION OF NEGLECT OF MINORS IN MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract
In article features of legal regulation of prevention of neglect of minors in Russia at the present stage are considered. It is noted that for prevention and fight against neglect and homelessness Federal programs of a development of education, regulations are accepted, and in each subject there is the package of measures, recommended for governing bodies of formation of regional and municipal level, educational institutions.
