Abstract
What happens to the food and cuisine when they after a long journey arrive at another country? Scholars urge that one ought to draw a distinction between an innovation produced and an innovation experienced. When we mean a component, a plant, an animal, a way of cooking or a certain cuisine borrowing, when such things distribute and come to the disposal of peasants, processors or cooks, they get separated from a specific cultural system, meanwhile getting reintegrated into a new perfectly different cultural system.
