Abstract
On the basis of analysis of the norms of federal legislation and departmental regulations identified gaps in the legislation related to the provision of counter-terrorism security of objects of the correctional system in the event of threats to commit terrorist acts on objects prisons and suggested ways to improve the operational performance security units.
