THE CONTROVERSIAL ASPECTS OF CORPORATE CONTRACT’S CONCEPT

Abstract
The given paper dwells on the issue associated with the legal concept of corporate contract in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The research outlines the imperfection of this concept concerning the range of parties to the contract and some other aspects. The author of the paper notes the need to further improvement of corporate contracts’ regulation.
