ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article deals with establishing administrative courts in Russia. Some current models of administrative justice in some foreign countries are described. The problem of expediency of establishing the given institute in the Russian Federation is considered currently.
