Abstract
The article containts a brief analysis of the main public administration problems in the Russian Federation. These problems considered in the context of Administrative reforms, undertaken in 2003-2005 and 2006-2010 years. Moreover, the article provides a piece of recommendations, implementation of which could increase the level of efficiency of the mentioned reforms.
