Abstract
Climate change is an indisputable fact nowadays. It is obvious from such phenomena as increasing of global average air and ocean temperatures , widespread melting of ice, and rising sea level. All these adversely affect on human rights, in particular, the right to health, access to clean water, adequate food and decent housing are under threat. This article examines the impact of climate changes on the issue of human rights.
