Abstract
In work the problem of execution of the obligation of a life annuity and a guarantee of protection of the rights of the recipient of a rent is considered. The analysis standardly - the precepts of law governing the rent relations allow to draw a conclusion on insufficient perfection of the Russian civil legislation. By results of research ways of protection of the rights of conscientious recipients of a life annuity are given.
